Accountancy Manager

We've partnered with Accountancy Manager to make the client experience of viewing and updating their personal data easy. Clients can also e-sign documents compliant with GDPR, and viewing tax liabilities for Income Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT and PAYE along with the corresponding deadlines and payment dates.

Once a client comes onboard, they will be asked to sign a letter of engagement, a digital copy of this will be presented to the client for their review, and e-sign.

Dext
(Receipt Bank)

Dext is an exceptional piece of software. Clients can digitally upload Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Receipts and Statements to Dext. Dext will then extract all the relevant data such as Supplier Name, Net Amount, VAT Rate, Invoice Date and Due Date.

Once the data is extracted, Dext will automatically assign a nominal code to allocate expenses to, or the client can select a more appropriate one. The client, or we, can then publish the invoices into ANY cloud accounting software. Dext works exceptionally well with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.

Dext is available to all clients for no additional charge!

BrightPay

We use BrightPay as our trusted Payroll software.

BrightPay can send out payslips directly to clients employee's, along with P45's and P60's.

BrightPay also integrates with many Workplace Pension schemes, so we can submit, approve and send request the Direct Debit with just a few clicks of a button.
